The authors present a triptych of articles revealing various aspects Kremlin medicine, system Soviet healthcare designed exclusively for the political elites USSR and its associated countries communist parties, as well scientific cultural elite. second post deals with composition patients. Their own lists or "nomenclatures" institutionalized elites, circle friends USSR. reveal mechanism including excluding candidates from chosen ones, who were guaranteed decent old age longevity all power modern medicine.
